Default New to Que

Good evening all,

Thanks for welcoming me into your world! I'm relatively new to doing my own que though I did grow up watching my father do his own on a stick smoker.
Just bought my first smoker today, a little Masterbuilt 30". I live in an apartment complex here in Denver with a wooden balcony so after research figured this was my best option for a first timer who didn't want to wait to get a real "house". Just pre-seasoned it tonight and hoping to have lots of future fun with this puppy!
Any tips and tricks are welcome, hope to have plenty of conversations with some of you folks!

Many thanks,
ZB

Welcome, Zach. You probably made a wise decision to go with the electric smoker since most (if not all) multi-family structures have ordinances against any outdoor flames on the balcony. You will produce lots of good food on it, and these helpful folks around here will be happy to share their advice along your BBQ journey. Looking forward to some cook posts.
