Greetings from the DMV
Hi, everyone. I'm John from Arlington, VA, just outside of DC. Like thousands before me, I discovered this forum while researching new gear to feed my habit. I currently cook on a Weber Summit Charcoal, which I love. I'm looking at adding a pellet because there's always something new to explore in outdoor cooking. I'm looking forward to learning about gear, techniques, recipes etc. The knowledge on this forum is amazing.
