…slow smoked meatloaf. Tried a new Jess Pryles recipe that caught my eye. 4.5 hours of low n slow smoky love and the family dug it! :)

I had a hankering for meatloaf myself so the wife and I tag teamed and made one. She isn't as thrilled about grilled meatloaf as I am, so we did it inside. It was tasty, but yours looks much better! Great minds think alike.

…doesn’t care for grilled meatloaf?!?! My condolences, brother! ;)

That looks great.
I trust what JP says.
But I've never been comfortable cooking ground meat that slowly...

Thanks buddy! As far as cooking ground beef low n slow, I have done it many times over the years. Never an issue (knock on wood).

Once upon a time, my wife HATED meatloaf. Then she tried smoked meatloaf. Her tastebuds are forever changed and she now craves it. Looks really great brother!

Those look fantastic Robb. I always do a hot and fast 375. May have to give this a whirl once.
