That's what I'm all set to start doing about 1 PM.

I made the Sausages yesterday. They had to be taste-tested until 3 of them were gobbled up by me and my little buddy. They passed both our taste testing. :icon_smile_tongue: 5.5 pounds made 25 sausages.

Made my signature rib paint Fryday, so the flavors could marry well.
Got all the local Family coming over. Rib Fest! :clap2:

Off to the shower...

He's part Chihuahua, so I guess that might be where he gets his like for spicy.
Never ceases to amaze me. He's 16 years old now.
He loves him some hand outs from "Dad".
He rescued me in 2004, and the Vet estimated him to be 5-8 months old. He's been glued to me every since.
I'll get some ribs up when I get them coming along... :icon_blush:

Holy Mackerel.
Huge success, but need a bigger grill.
Couldn't fit all the chunks on.
But these 4 racks were plenty for our group.
(I have 2 racks in Vac Bags in the freezer for a rainy day..)

These were in process, drying my rib paint...
I cook it on.

By the time I thought of taking more pictures, they were in the digesters.

I really like doin Baby Back Ribs.
Plus the salads, and desert.
Makes me happy to feed folks.
