New Smoker

Recently I added a hunsaker drum that is awesome and today out my order in on a mixon MMS-48. Based on what I was looking for it was the perfect fit. Outstanding quality, I know people bash the price on them but it seems to be an excellent quality cooker. I’m looking for any MMS-48 owners out there I can chat with to get some pointers. Mine should be delivered in a few weeks and I’ll be using that and the drums for comps. I’d like to tell myself I’m done buying smokers now but who know, Thanks gents

I like the concept of the H2O smokers and kicked around the idea of getting the MMS-48. Like you mentioned though, the price tag put me off.

Post some cook pics, would like to see it in action.
