The original is too sweet for my liking too.Have you tried the TN RED? It is not sweet.It is a thinner vinegar based sauce.Great on chicken quarters.

I have not. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

I am currently hung up on the "Yes, Dear" sauces. Their mustard sauce is amazing.
