Default Marinated Pork Tenderloin

..in Dale's Sauce for an hour, smoked over cherry and B&B lump, reverse seared. Served up with Golden Lamb Signature Salad (greens, Granny Smith apple matchsticks, candied pecans, smoked cheddar and creamy balsamic dressing).

Mik,

Wow those look absolutely fantastic. I looked up that sauce and I'll pick up a bottle.

Your tenderloin looks really juicy, did you brine it?

Thanks
Greg

Well, the Dale’s sauce is a brine of sorts, but only a couple hours. So maybe I just got lucky. They’ve been in the freezer at least 6 months.

I think most people overcook pork tenderloin and end up with dry pork. This is the perfect example where it´s fine to cook it so it´s still pink in the middle. This will balance out the lack of fat in this cut and will guarantee juicy meat.

Mik, this is spot on, love the pork and great plate of food!

I googled it and it sounds right. Tasty stuff.

Soy Sauce (hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Water, Salt, Corn Syrup, Caramel Coloring), Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Mono- Sodium Glutamate, Ginger, Paprika.

Healthy, maybe not. delicious? Oh yeah. You really only need to marinate a half hour or so. They have a reduced sodium version I just ordered at Kroger. Suspect it will be fine.

FYI

Dales and Allegro marinade(original version) are pretty much the same stuff. Kroger also makes a version. All pretty good stuff if you don't over do it and realize they have sugar in them so they tend to burn if left on the surface of the meat at grilling temps.
