Just pretty simple dinner here as we worked all weekend at the new house construction.

Grilled BLT’s and some grilled house fries. I grilled the fries in a cast iron skillet with the bacon drippings and topped with Mexican cheese and fresh herbs.
I also dipped the bread in the bacon drippings and put the bread on the top rack of the grill to toast up.

I actually had intended on putting a egg on it.
BUT.... when someone puts an empty carton back in the fridge when I went go to get a egg I quickly realized that was not an option.
DRIVES me crazy......
 
looks good. BLT season is almost over here in MN as I'd have to rely on shipped on tomatoes with no flavor.

I add the our name on there because we had a photo of ours published without our permission.
So in other words someone got paid from a photo we took.
It is very hard to get straightened out in court that's for sure.

We also use photos for catering jobs as references.
