brine and marinade

Just dropped 2 lbs of bluefish in a bowl of brine to smoke for dinner tomorrow evening and tossed 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp into some marinade to grill on Tuesday evening. Any suggestions on sides to compliment either or both would be appreciated.
