Default Chicken Fried Brisket

Well, got some leftover brisket from an 8 pounder. Not enough for Brunswick stew or chili. What to do? Chicken fry it, of course. And that's gravy made with the chicken flour mix.

Nice Job!

There is a restaurant near me that makes this with a Jalapeno Gravy that is really good. I gave it a try myself about 8 years ago with some burnt ends and it was dynamite. Matt from Meat Church did this dish a few years ago at Red Dirt BBQ and Music Fest, but subbed the jalapeno gravy with Jalapeno Ranch and that was a total game changer. So much better than gravy.
