Chicken Fried Brisket
Well, got some leftover brisket from an 8 pounder. Not enough for Brunswick stew or chili. What to do? Chicken fry it, of course. And that's gravy made with the chicken flour mix.

Chicken fried brisket - what will they think of next? As you clearly already know, CF is always good. Glad to see you stuck with the tradition and made the gravy.

Nice Job!
There is a restaurant near me that makes this with a Jalapeno Gravy that is really good. I gave it a try myself about 8 years ago with some burnt ends and it was dynamite. Matt from Meat Church did this dish a few years ago at Red Dirt BBQ and Music Fest, but subbed the jalapeno gravy with Jalapeno Ranch and that was a total game changer. So much better than gravy. |
