Default A bit of the last few months

Hey Brethren,

Been away for the last few months but it great to be back. Figured I would post a little bit of what I've been up though. Having fun looking at all the great posts again. You all rock!

Some veggies for the chicken plates the other night.

Tri-Tip!

A 20"x38" offset for my buddy Ben. Both my welders crapped out on this build so shes a but ugly but when we fired her up she ended up drafting better than anyone prior. Go figure. Ben is happy and that is what counts.

Loading up.

Leftover tri-tip sammies

Brisket with "sides"

Breakfast pizza

Thanks Titch. The veggies were cooked on the kettle first then the chicken and pineapple later. Then all plated together. I like those little flat metal ones from home depot over the wood skewers the food does not roll when you try to turn them over.

Is that what you were asking? I'm not sure. The 7 month old has me sleep deprived

It's not how it looks, it's how it cooks, thanks for sharing pics.
