Huli-Huli Chicken
The Raws. Marinade brushed on the Chicken thighs for a 6-hr. stay in the fridge. The Big Green Egg is up to 325* chicken on a raised grid direct. Flipped @ 20-min. intervals. Served with Sticky Rice and Asparagus. A very very tasty meal. Recipe:http://www.melindalee.com/index.php?...=detail&id=710 Thanks for looking. Ross

I don't know what the Nation of Origin is for that, so I don't know what language "Huli-Huli" is...but I bet it translates, as, "Dayummm so Good"

hawaiian for "turn-turn" as they constantly turn the chicken over the coals.
