This is an entry...
As near as I can tell it has been about 18 months since I cooked pork ribs! My wife found two racks of Smithfield St. Louis Spares in the manager’s special bin at a local supermarket so I unwrapped them, rubbed them, and put them in my blue Hunsaker Smokers drum. Please use this picture for the entry thread. Nothing fancy, just great eating ribs, and some cheesy cauliflower sticks.
