Since pizza has sauce on it, that counts, right?

Just asking for a friend.

"...on or with your entry"

I was inspired by this article showing 100 kinds of sauces. I think one of the simplest ones is fry sauce.

So I'm good with the pizza, right?

Also, that sauce list is the bomb, thanks!

There are some on the list we already make and others we should make, and soon!

Yes, the pizza sauce is "on" your entry. And before the age old question comes up, "Is gravy a sauce?" Yes, gravy is a meat based sauce.

Good to know. Perhaps a Greek pizza with garlic sauce is in order. Or something like that...

This is an entry...

As near as I can tell it has been about 18 months since I cooked pork ribs!

My wife found two racks of Smithfield St. Louis Spares in the manager’s special bin at a local supermarket so I unwrapped them, rubbed them, and put them in my blue Hunsaker Smokers drum.

Please use this picture for the entry thread.

Nothing fancy, just great eating ribs, and some cheesy cauliflower sticks.
