Default Spare rib Sunday

Yesterday was my day, so today is my wifes. Trimmed up so spare ribs St. Louis style.. Rubbed the bones in Hog Waller and the trimmings in Texas Rib Rangers. Into the BWS with a little hickory. German potato salad for a side.

Looking good there.
I just came from the store to get butter and they had spares for $1.99/lbs. So I am cooking those up today.

Hope yours turned out as good as these. Really happy with the results. Parkhostrob ate his share, still being crippled up and unable to cook. My wife's German potato salad was incredible. Ribs and trimmings were the best I've made. Sorry about Rob being sideways!
