Default Chuck roast on the water

Salt and pepper overnight onion and garlic powder before going on the smoker. Cherry wood warming on the bandera lid. Stuffed Jalapeno's in a few hours. .
these look to be a fast cook temp is up to 130 in less than an hour.

Nice view... I do believe it is dove season in Alabama, knock a few out of the sky and fit some in with the bacon and jalapenos!!

Sounds good I have never tried hunting dove. I just killed fish.
