Default The BIG Alabamian (It begins Pron)

First, do any of you have an ideal of how many strange looks you get when your running around town asking butchers for a five pound steak. I thought they would just be common place.

But on my fourth stop I settled for a 4.3# Angus Top Sirloin steak.

Special cut by the Butcher

First step of the marinade, I have to do several things to make sure it comes out tender.

Just wait until you see the sides

Looks like a nice steak. If I ate that I'd have to pass on the Potato! (LOL)

You're making me hungry, and it looks like all I get is pizza. Not even an egg pizza, or grilled for that matter.

Oh my goodness, I am uploading the pics now before I have to head over to the ER. I answered my question, I asked myself after watching Steak Paradice. Could I eat a 72 ounce steak and the trimmings? H*ll no, not a chance in hades.
