Made some Focaccia bread on the ol' Rec Tec last night. No action shots as it was dark outside.

It was the first time running the Rec Tec at that high of a temp for a long time - 500F for nearly 1.5 hours. Well, that included pre-heating time. It probably took 40 minutes to get to 500 and the grill was on for an hour before the bread went in. There was a steel on a rack during the preheat period, and the cast iron pan of dough went underneath that for the first 15 minutes of baking time. Then I rotated the pan, and pulled the rack and steel out as the top was nicely browned. It went another 10 minutes after that. Next time, I'm going to try it without the steel, and a 10" CI pan instead of a 12".

Wow! Looks awesome. As I've said in other posts, I'm scared/stupid when it comes to bread/baking things.... I'm jealous.
