Default Lazy Dinner.

2 pounds of 80/20 beef/pork blend. Left over smoked sausage. Yellow tag mixed veggies. Can of mushrooms. Minced onions. Pickled jalapenos. 1/4 cup red cooking wine. A couple dashes of Cavender's. Onto the Weber. No biscuits but I did toast a hamburger bun in the toaster. Best part was there were no dishes to clean (plastic fork went into the recycling bin). A meal fit for a hobo. Thanks for looking.
