That's awesome, Marty.

I've loved even my little 17" Blue Rhino...

I see great food and fun shenanigans in your future.

I see a bunch of people here have those. What are people cooking with these flat-top restaurant-style griddles?

Got the same one from Walmart. Definitely fun to play with. Use it mostly for tailgates. Does a great job with the dogs and brats. Put one burner on low and make a foil pan beer bath for the cooked brats to one side.

Kevin,

The possibilities are endless... and there are too many flattop cooks on here to count (Hint - Search Function).

The typical options:
- Breakfast (Yes! Hashbrowns are the bomb on the griddle, and pancakes cook so much faster than in a pan on my stove)
- Burgers
- Fried Rice
- Tacos
- Pizza (Yeah! Seriously!)
- Cheesesteaks
- I'm missing 5-10.... I know it.

Has any one come up with a better gas line connection. To get red of the bulky regulator when using a 20lb tank?
