Hopefully that is the silver lining in all of this... that it is giving you a chance to explore more catering opportunities.

And catering gigs means folks are getting exposed to your Q so I'd call that positive business development. Doesn't make up for your tortured path, but it is something positive. Keep going, you are almost through it - then the real fun begins

Actually some good news this morning. Contractor called and said the mechanical inspector approved the permit. Obviously, nothing going to happen at this point on Christmas eve, but hopefully the health inspector didn't take the rest of the week off and we can get something done on Thursday or something.

Oh, and a fellow brethren stopped in last night. Sorry, I can't remember your screen name, but it was nice chatting about BBQ.
