A T&K Medium would be my recommendation with All things considered. Check the
ST Louis BBQ Store site for the specs and features. I just sold my YS 640. I have a large
Traeger and didn't need 2 large pellet pits. The smoke profile is low to nothing at all. The
Yoder is a great pit but I don't think you would be happy with the flavor profile. If price is
no issue I would definitely get the OH. The T&K's are pretty sweet looking pits though.

Not most, all Gravity Fed are insulated Cabinets.

I guess I just needed to be more specific with this crowd because I know they are all Insulted and like I mentioned above the Old Hickory is a insulated charcoal smoker as well. So if I were in the market for a top dollar cooker it would be the Old Hickory or a Deep South Gravity Fed, if I wanted a Cabinet cooker that wasn't a Gravity Fed I'd go with a LSG IVC.

Pretty tough to beat a Lonestar Grillz IVC.... With that said..... My first pick......

I would look at the Traeger Timberline 1300 over the Yoder...... With that said...

Ol Hickory is pretty nice also.
Lone Star Grillz Large with reversed cart, Meadow Creek TS120p insulated firebox and stainless front shelf. Sent to a better home to be used like a stick burner should be. Weber Charcoal Summit, Cabelas Pro 100, ready to build UDS, Retired the Big Green Egg XL and Treager 070....
