Spam is a regular item in our household, in many of the now available flavors. Back when I could still eat carb, though, my fave late-night snack was Grape-nuts rehydrated in a 50/50 blend of whole milk and yogurt with a little cinnamon and honey. Let it soak until it's like a grainy pudding.

Having most of my family from Hawaii, I've had Spam every way you can imagine. My fav is smoked teriyaki spam, under two eggs, all over rice.:grin:
