Sous Vide pork belly from Costco?
Has anyone tried the sous video pork belly from Costco? Saw it yesterday, 2 lb. package, fully cooked. Sells for about $5.50 per pound. Packages were in the $11.50 range per 2 lb. pack.

Nope, not Pork Belly, but love to Sous Vide me some Pork Loin.
I don't think you can hurt Pork in a Sous Vide. At least I haven't. And I like being able to season it up, seal it up (Vacuum sealer), and let'er go. It just sets there and cooks, worry free, all day. I've tried my Pork right out with some brown gravy from a mix. And seared. Pan seared, or grill seared. Great! I have done Pork Belly in my Masterbuilt electric smoker. (I call it an outdoor electric oven that can smoke. Right out of the box, it's a piss poor smoker. But a decent outdoor oven.) Smoked Cubed Pork Belly is a real hit at get-together's.

No, but I want to try it. The price is not bad per pound. It should be real good. It’s hard to mess up grilled pork belly. I buy whole pork belly from Costco for under $3 /lb and slice and grill it all the time. I haven’t sous vide it because I don’t see the need for my application. I eat it in wrap with perilla leaves so pan fried or grilled plain without sous vide works just fine.
