Cooking Class Tarheel smokers competition class

Hello Brethren,

This is the first time we have offered this type of class other than one on one. The date for the class is the 13th and 14th of January. It will begin at 2pm on the 13th and finish when all the questions are answered on Saturday afternoon. The cost of the class is $750 and is limited to 20 paid entries. The entry fee includes your spouse if they would like to attend. This class has been offered now for two weeks to those teams who have supported the Hog Fest in Historic Edenton and we currently have 10 teams on the list so if you are interested let us know soon. Hey, my class is indoors too, but the trailer will be there with the cookers on it. The heat will be on too. No worries about weather! Still have a few spots left so come jump in. I will also have my two former students there to assist and answer questions as well. Also have several product sponsors lined up like Smokey mountain smokers, butchers, fab, swamp sauce, John Henry, and you will have to be there to see how it all gets put together to make a winning recipe.
