can you use rib glaze on chicken?
thinking about using kosmos rib glaze.
kosmos had a video where they put it on chicken, but they mixed rib glaze with their bbq sauce.

not familiar with that sauce but you can do whatever you want to there are no rules here

Never thought to put it on wings, but I guess you could. Those glazes are super sweet (even Kosmos glazes has lots of sugar...Peach Jalapeno is great BTW).

Make sure your wings have some salt to balance it out. Might take some trial and error.

I don't see why not. But balance out the flavors as Mike said. I think salt plus some heat (I would go with habanero death dust, but if you don't have it, cayenne would do just fine) should do the trick.
