Contest Announcment 8th Annual KCBS Sanctioned Smokin On Big Creek BBQ Contest and SCA Steak Contest Apr 3-4 Pleasant Hill, MO (KC area)

We are off to a pretty good start for teams. This is our 8th year of putting on this contest and in the first 7 we have raised approx $23,000 charity. Our charity of choice again this year is Operation BBQ Relief. On top of the BBQ Contest Friday Night we will have a SCA sanctioned Steak Contest.
