Hello,
Just registered for this site and have been barbecuing for at least 45 years. It has been a work in progress. Currently I use a Weber 1000 LX that I bought off CL and rebuilt. Additionally I have a WSM 22 1/2 that I've modded a little, but am still getting used to it. The next WSM addition will be an ATC like a pitmaster IQ. I like the variety of users and methods on this site. |
