Mike,

I am sad that I'm going to miss this one. Memorial Day Weekend is always busy for us. Saturday (and sometimes Friday), always go to a big car show in Springfield, Missouri. Sunday, we always have a big crawfish boil. Monday is cleanup day. So, will have to miss.

As for the Oklahoma bash, if someone will find us a host spot and agree upon a date, I will do the rest of the leg work. We just need a spot with electricity and I can bring the Ole Hickory which has plenty of capacity.

Armadillo on the half shell? I was actually thinking of making armadillo eggs if I can make it down. Is ground gator or gator legs available in Shreveport?

I was considering doing some pulled pork at home, and just reheating at the bash. There is a BBQ restaurant here that makes wonderful sauce that is perfect for PP.
