Default BGE Ribs - Turbo Style

First day the sun shined here in almost 2 weeks. I have no patience for a long smoke.

Two racks of STL ribs, rubbed with Oakridge Competition rub and on the BGE for a turbo cook over apple wood chunks at 350.

About 2:20 it was ready to sauce for a few minutes and pull:

Sliced, but not much of a smoke ring (BGE's are not noted for that).

It rocked for a quick rib cook and tasted great.

The look great. I’m kinda crying in my beer. Went to get some ribs out - found a dead freezer. Lost 6 slabs, 1 packer, 1 tri tip, 4 filets, some dove and a wild hog. Sad. Very sad.

Great job. How long did you leave on the BGE?
