Well, maybe a little. I failed with my ribeye a couple days ago because I was tending more to my wife’s filet.

Up tonight was a WF Picahna.

My wife is a filet snob, I almost have her converted!

Cut into 1” to 1 1/4” steaks

Neighbor stopped by earlier and gave me some sweet corn, steaks are on, no fleaking yet.

I had fleaked these every 30 seconds or so, but with the lid on!
Hot off the grill

Resting

While resting, the asparagus and home patio tomatoes go on.

Plated

I almost forgot a sliced shot

Can't beat that. Nice tutorial on how it's should be done Mike. One of the tastiest cuts of beef.

Thanks everyone.

One of the tastiest cuts of beef.

It’s only my 2nd one, but cutting it up into steaks vs whole seemed better for me.
It’s the first time that I can remember my wife admitting something being at least equal to her filets.

I'm drooling over here... :hungry:

Perfectly done, great closeup, nice colors, top shelf!

Nicely done! I tried it the first time from Wild Fork as well and was surprised a few weeks ago when I Saw it in my local Costco.

Stupendous looking beef, Mike! You've sold me on finding a picanha ASAP!
