"Odd" pork but recipes-whaddya got?

Do you mean like how to cook it or what to do with it after it's done?

I've turned pulled pork into hot dogs. Pork, HD bun, and some q sauce. I've also turned it inot green and red chile stews. Can't think of anything really off kilter though. I'll be watching this thread.

Maybe not off the wall, but cook one with a basic rub, and cinnamon. After its cooked make a "gravy sauce" for it which is essentially a thin version of apple pie filling. Cut some apple chunks, a little sugar etc whatever you put in a pie. Try not to make it too sweet, but trust me its good!!!
