smoked chicken wings
How long does it usually take to smoke some wings? This is my first attempt at smoking them, they are the whole wing. What is a good finishing sauce or a way to make them taste yummy? GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!

I do mine for about two hours at around 300° - YMMV
I marinate them in Frank's Red Hot sauce and there are so many sauces I couldn't even begin to tell you. go to the grocery store and try two or three!

I usually use my kettle. 30-35 min at 350 indirect heat. Then over direct heat when I sauce to get them some color and crisp up any stragglers.
I salt and pepper the ones that will go in Franks red hot later. Ployboys Yardbird is great as a rub. Terriyaki Sauce? Any BBQ sauce that would be good on chicken?
