Flank Steak
I would guess this is a candidate for a wet marinade and grilling. Any advice out there? I picked up two cryovacs at Smart & Final, about 10 lb each.

Wouldn't smoke it. Marinade and hot grill over wood. Fajitas, carne asada, etc.

I got a place here that addy's "largest steak around"
Flank steak strip, about 22" long, served rolled up. Its like an hour worth of eating. Good stuff, when done right. Fajita heaven, as TK said

This is what they make London Broil with. I would not be afraid to smoke one or grill it. In fact smoking it might be fun to try. Marinade it for a couple of days in the fridge with your favorite stuff. Slice a little test piece and smoke it till it is good. Then give it a quick sear on the grill. Sounds mighty good to me.

Marinate and grill it. Hell if you blow dry your coals, you can throw it right in the fire. (Saw AB do it on Good Eats.) Just be sure to cut across the grain.

I like to marinate flank steak with everything I have in the fridge starting with a good base of Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce. Grill over hot coals then as noted by Mista, slice across the grain. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Smoke it for awhile then move it over to the grill to finish it.
