How much y'all paying for whole pigs

No. But this probably is very dependent on where you live. If two or three suppliers in your area are in the same price range, then just go with it. Never buy from the first person you get a quote from.

Agree with TuscaloosaQ that it depends on the source and where you live. I just paid $3.50/lb a few weeks back for a local berkshire pig I cooked (farm an hour away...killed wednesday, delivered thursday). I had no problem paying that much knowing what I was getting. I've also paid $1.50/lb for a commodity pig in the past.

The Farmer's Markets I've bought from in the past ranged from $1.99/lb for 100#'s and over ...and $1.59/lb for 99#'s and under.

Is the price for live weight, or hanging weight?

Is that Nam Dae Mun? I saw some frozen feet sticking up from one of their bins and thought about adding it to the cart. But I ended up walking quickly past it. My kids were already staring and asking questions.
