Default Whole fish on PBC

Planning on trying whole fish (probably snapper) on the PBC tomorrow. Saw Sako's gone with a hook and hang method, although that might worry me for a larger fish. Anybody tried hanging a fish basket or just using the grate?

My son came to town today so I made some chicken and baby back ribs. Everything turned out great. Was my first time to do wings in the PBC believe it or not. But it definitely won't be the last. It was also my first chance to use the hinge grate, works great!....It was about 35-40° and windy outside but the PBC didn't miss a beat. Here's a few pics for the pron addicted.

Nice work Andrew. Need to get one of those hinged grates.

This was posted on the Pit Barrel Nation facebook group. Competition is good for the market place, right? I am curious to see their XL version as I would think it will be sized to directly compete with the PBC.

Thoughts?

There's way more to that "competition" than you know. I found some information that I'm gonna post in a couple days that will blow you away. Anyway, I think this particular cooker will be a failure.

I posted about that a few weeks ago (in a seperate thread) and it seemed to anger most people for some reason.
