Marty, looks excellent! Since smoking meatloaf it was the only way I have had it until Sunday night. Still love meatloaf, but with baking it just misses something now. Marty, I always have done mine with sausage. How would you think the ground pork would compare to it?

Smoked meatloaf for the win!!! Looks great and I like the idea of using oats. I have used potato flakes as a no-gluten option in my meatloaves, but after seeing your's I'll have to try the oats.
