Default Indian Food Tonight - Pron

Had some plain yogurt just sitting in the fridge, so tonight we prepared chicken Tikka. The chicken was marinated in yogurt, chili powder, garlic, coriander, salt, lemon juice, and ginger. I dashed on some Tandoori powder after skewering with onions.

Also made Naan (grilled flatbread):
1 envelope dry yeast
5 Tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
1 egg
3 Tsp milk
2 tsp salt
4.5 cups flour
1 Tsp oil (for rise bowl) - after rising, divide into 16 balls
4 Tsp butter (for Naan while on grill)

Served the chicken Tikka with basmati rice and okra cooked in a chili tomato sauce.
