If anyone isn't familiar with Burnin and Lootin, here are some recent stats for you courtesy of http://bbqscores.com/team-results/?t...oningbody=kcbs

2014: GC = 2, RGC = 4, Top 10 Calls = 16
2013: GC = 2, RGC = 2, Top 10 Calls = 14, 180 in Pork

They were the CBBQA Rookie of the Year in 2012, and the #2 team in California for 2013

Personally, those sound like the type of credentials that make for a winning class !!!!

The cancersuckschicago.com BBQ class Wil be February14-15th, 2015 in Hinsdale, IL. Instructors this year will include QUAU and will also include Rich Parker from iBQ'n and Vince and Alexa from Rhythm N Que. This class is a fundraiser for our foundation. The profits from the class will go to fight cancer. Half of the class fee will be a tax deductible donation for tax purposes. The instructors, who are top cooks in all of BBQ, are donating their time for this class. The applications and more information will be released shortly. Because we are doing it through our 501c3, I have to wait on receiving checks. (It will be on our 2015 books and I don't want to hold checks for an extended period.) We will have limited seating because of space limitations.

Hope to see folks there.

The KCBS-sanctioned, NYC BBQ Cookoff is now allowing up to six team members without additional fees. We heard the suggestion and are happy to make that change.

Date: 2 April 2015, 7:00a - done

Chris Hall – one of the winningest (it’s a word!) Pitmasters in the Mid-Atlantic and one of the most respected Pitmasters in the country is teaching a Pitmaster Class!

The class will take place on Thursday, April 2nd prior to THE IRONMAN BBQ which begins on Friday, April 3rd, so teams can take what they learned at the class and apply it directly to the competition that weekend!

A full day, 4-meat class, this will be a combination of both lecture/demonstration and hands-on application. Attendees will be trimming, prepping, and cooking chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket! It’s great to watch, it’s BETTER TO DO!

There are a lot of classes out there taught by a lot of folks from all over the country. And it’s good to learn who is doing what in Kansas, or in Florida, or even on the West Coast….but don’t you want to learn how to win in your own backyard?

Learn what will make you successful in the Mid-Atlantic Region from someone who wins consistently in the Mid-Atlantic Region!

Register now for only $300.00/person. That’s a steal for this kind of knowledge! We are only offering 30 spaces at this class, so don’t wait! For additional information, please visit http://www.ironmanbbq.com/Big_Ugly_Class_Info.html

DON’T WAIT! THIS CLASS WILL FILL UP FAST! FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!

Hey Dubbaga,

Just signed up via the link but it appears the flyer link is dead. Searched all around CBBQA for it in the forums and didn't see anything.

Thanks

Does Johnny Trigg still do his classes? I live in east Texas and travel to the DFW area all the time. I've never seen one advertised.

Recent classes have been in Hammond, LA. Not sure if Johnny plans to do more.
