First Smoke in UDS

I just put on a nice piece of brisket for the maiden voyage of my new UDS. We will see how she does. I am taking pictures as I go along.
Thanks for all the free advice. Now that I thnk about it this is the first time I wanted free advice, got it and appreciate it :wink:
