Another Stock up for the Week Cook

Started out by seasoning some thighs with "Blackstone Bayou Blend"

Onto the 18"

Thighs are done

Next were chops seasoned with "Sweet Money"

Chops are done

Then I "Pinched a loaf" or seven. Corn was added for realism.

The Mix

Onto the 18"

And done

My dinner ended up being a Jamaican pattie from "Charlies"

Same! I just used those pans to make cornbread a few weeks ago, so it caught my attention in the earlier photo. When I got to the part about the 'loafs' I burst out laughing.

Marty, usually it’s you’re bird that I praise, but today the chops are the winner. Great job. I’m wondering what the Jamacian pie is - don’t see that on OK/TX menus
