Default Leftovers = Steak Quesadilla for lunch

Had leftover fillet so for lunch I decided to slice it super thin. Then hit it with Malcom Reed's Grande Gringo and warmed it on the skillet. Took tortilla and warmed it on the skillet too. Then the building, steak, sharp cheddar cheese, and drizzled some Head Country Apple Habanero bbq sauce on it. Buttered the skillet and oh my this was on time. Wife stopped eating her lunch to take a bite of mine and she agreed. Thanks for looking.

That quesadilla looks great, and a tasty way to use leftovers!
