Default Turkey Guidance/Math Help

I going to smoke then fry two 18 pound turkeys. The goal is to get the turkeys to 130° in the smoker then finish it off in the air fryer. The fryer says 10min. per lb. to cook a raw turkey. Now the questions:

Cooking @ 230° what am I looking at to get the bird to 130?

Will the fryer still require the 10min per pound to finish off?

Thanks for any help, I’ve googled all day with few straight answers.

What air fryer do you have that will hold an 18lb bird?

My brother-in-law has the fryer and the turkeys. He said they will fit. Guess we’ll see.

Me big easy ran out of fuel last year, so I did opposite of you, and finished it in the smoker with the wet and dry brined birds. Crispy skin was had, and good smoke flavor, so there is that. I ran about an hour and a half in the big easy, and another hour and forty five minutes in the smoker, IIRC...
