Default BBQ pork pockets

Wanted to use leftover Q for dinner this week. Sauteed onion in butter, added leftover pulled pork and a little water. Heated and chopped a little. Added a little OK Joes bbq sauce. Flattened some jumbo buttermilk biscuits. Put some of the meat mixture in the middle, some shredded chedder, and on mine, some chopped pickled banana peppers. Then folded like an empanada. My lovely lady thought something should go on top, so she brushed melted butter on, then on half the pockets, sprinkled granulated garlic and the other half some Oakridge Secret Weapon. Delish...!
