Default Wife's favorite...pron

My wife requested Alice Springs Chicken. Seasoned the breasts and grilled on the Weber using the Vortex.

While letting the breasts to cool down I started the broiler and cooked the other toppings. Mushrooms, bacon, homemade honey mustard and asparagus (side).

Now onto assembly...

Cheddar went on last. Forgot the pic. Under the broiler for 3 minutes.

There's a joke somewhere in here about Beentown's wife and spring chicken breasts...

You had me at the 'shrooms. Lookin' good!

Modified Magic Dust. Really all it needs is a bit of salt and pepper. The toppings are what makes it.

Honey Mustard recipe:

1 cup of mayo
4 tbls of yellow mustard
4 tbls of honey
2 tbls of Dijon
1 tbls of lemon juice

Fridge after mixing. People absolutely love this. Certainly not your standard honey mustard. Smoother and not as tangy.

3 of my favorite foods but the honey mustard is what sets it apart.
