Default New Coffee Roaster Setup

Here's my newest setup. The rotisserie motor spins up to 55rpm. This type basket gives a more even roast than the other basket did.

With this setup I get first crack at about 10 minutes with a second crack at about 17 minutes. Dark roast is about 20 mins

Nice! Which drum did you go with? I have an RK Drum with a high speed motor that I have used for years.
