Default Thanks to Patio Daddio!!

I smoked some wings yesterday for the Super Bowl, did not get any pics this time. I had been wanting to try the recipe that Patio Daddio had put out a while back (Finger Stickin' Chicken Sauce).

Everyone loved it!! If you haven't tried it and need another wing recipe, check it out.

Thanks for the recipe Patio Daddio!! I will be doing this one again.

I have never brined my chicken nor my turkeys when I smoke them. I will check it out though and may give that a shot too. Thanks for the heads up.

I also tried the stickin' sauce on wings yesterday. It was a big hit. Thanks again John.

I have never done one of John's recipes that wasn't a hit, or won me a trophy. Patio Daddio is a go to site for me when looking fora recipe to impress.

His site is bookmarked at the top of my favorites. Never made a bad thing yet from his creations.
