Holy crap I want some of that pear brownie!
Was that white chocolate shaved over it? If so I think a little bit of fleur de sel or sea salt lightly sprinkled over would be out of this world with it! P.S. Would you mind sharing the recipe for this?

the recipe of the pear chocolate thing is based on a recipe of Nigella Lawson
http://www.nigella.com/recipes/view/...ar-pudding-102 But since it was a chili fest, we added some more cacao and also added one theespoon of chili powder to mixture. We sprinkled the pears with some sugar/cinnamon mix and finaly I grated some white chocolate with finely chopped adjoema's over it, to give it an extra kick. But for a normal recipe skip the chili powder and adjoema's.
