Default trying my luck at brisket

I have not smoked a brisket in years as I have had no luck with them.

Friday I picked up some spices for my Mom to use as she is learning to smoke on a Bradley smoker and I tried the Brisket of love seasoning and it was pretty good and so I figured I would give brisket a try again. I hope my mom does not mind some of her seasoning missing from the jar, lol.

I marinated the brisket over night in a Coke, Beef broth and maple syrup, Dark soy, dale's steak seasoning, Worcestershire mixture that I found on the net

Rub from the Spice house

Rubbed up and waiting for the UDS to settle down to 230

Its been on the smoker since 7am

Link to the UDS

Thanks for looking
