trying my luck at brisket
I have not smoked a brisket in years as I have had no luck with them.
Friday I picked up some spices for my Mom to use as she is learning to smoke on a Bradley smoker and I tried the Brisket of love seasoning and it was pretty good and so I figured I would give brisket a try again. I hope my mom does not mind some of her seasoning missing from the jar, lol. I marinated the brisket over night in a Coke, Beef broth and maple syrup, Dark soy, dale's steak seasoning, Worcestershire mixture that I found on the net Rub from the Spice house Rubbed up and waiting for the UDS to settle down to 230 Its been on the smoker since 7am http://uds.servebeer.com/luci Link to the UDS Thanks for looking
