Cooked with RO Lump and Pecan chunks, Lonestar Glillz IVC at 250 till 122 internal temp. Reverse sear around 800-900 on the Weber..... End result was 136 finished after rest.

Then after a couple pounds of shrimp some tators came dessert..... Did take out for dessert...
