Went with the hashbrown crust...

I really like this with smoked beef cheek meat, but this one came out pretty tasty too.

Jeanie I have your old leftover Pulled Pork thread subscribed, love, love, love this dish, been thinking about doing it with leftover Chuck Roast or Brisket, it's going to the top of the list.
